Terms and conditions are obligatory to follow in this facility which is inspected and regulated by the department of tourism. All guests are expected to follow the terms and conditions and violation of it results in termination of booking agreement without refund.
- No acquaintances are welcome to stay overnight at the houses other than the people who are included in the reservations and guests of guests are not allowed inside the flats by country law.
- All guests must submit an up to date passport for their check – in.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Events , parties and organizations alike are not allowed.
- Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes are not allowed.
- Losing the keys will be charged with 200 euros.
